📉 The Fed just made its first rate cut since Dec 2024 — lowering rates by 0.25%!
👉 While Fed cuts don’t directly change mortgage rates, they often move in the same direction. In fact, we already saw mortgage rates dip before the announcement.

🔮 What’s next? Any future Fed cuts will depend on inflation and the strength of the job market. But remember, the real driver of mortgage rates is the 10-Year Treasury Yield.
