One temporary buydown. Two years. Three years. There are different ways to structure that initial payment relief. 🔑

1-0: Reduced payment for one year.
2-1: Reduced payments for two years.
3-2-1: Reduced payments for three years.

After the temporary buydown period ends, you're responsible for the full monthly payment based on the note rate for the remainder of the loan term.
