Third Coast Mortgage Group is looking for a full-time **Business Development Manager** to join us in-office!

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, highly organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys building relationships. This person will work closely with our **entire Third Coast team**, and especially alongside **Alex Varebrook, our Director of Marketing & Client Relations**, to strengthen relationships with our clients and Realtor partners, identify new opportunities, execute marketing and business development initiatives, and make sure important connections and follow-ups never fall through the cracks.

Mortgage or real estate experience is preferred, Encompass experience is a big plus, and a marketing background would be great!

Apparently mortgages are chic now. Who knew? 🤷‍♂️

But if being “chic” means answering the phone on a Saturday night, knowing your clients’ numbers, giving buyers every advantage we can, building real relationships with our Realtor partners, and making sure everyone has a place at the table… we’ll take it.

We’ve always believed there’s a better way to do this business.

Less transactional. More personal. More accessible. And a whole lot more human.

A day in the life at Third Coast Mortgage Group… 😎☀️

Craig traded rate sheets for a Milwaukee city tour and reminded us that the best teams don’t just work together—they have fun together, too.

Our adventure took us from the Milwaukee Public Market to the Iron Horse Hotel, Station No. 1846, Barnacle Buds, Boone & Crockett, and ended at Bridgewater. There were lots of laughs, great food, a little friendly competition, and plenty of memories made.

And because we’re mortgage people… even on a “day off,” you’ll catch Mike and Craig answering calls and checking emails. 😂 Some things never change.

Days like this remind us that the culture we’ve built is just as important as the business we do. We work hard, we show up for each other, and every once in a while, we make time to play hard too.

On Sunday, August 16th, Third Coast Mortgage Group is honored to partner with Stenny's Lake Country to host a community fundraiser for Stef Hett and her family.

Stef is a beloved member of the Lake Country community, a devoted wife, and a wonderful mom who is courageously battling cancer. As she continues her fight, we have an opportunity to come together as a community to help ease the financial burden of her treatments and remind her family they are not facing this journey alone.

Join us from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM for a fun-filled day featuring a silent auction, raffles, family-friendly activities, food, and much more! We have some exciting things in the works and can't wait to share more details in the coming weeks.

Memorial Day is more than cookouts and long weekends — it’s a time to remember and honor those who sacrificed so much for our freedom.

The American Warrior Initiative, created by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, supports veterans and first responders through life-changing service dogs that restore independence, confidence, and hope.

Our team is raising money to help provide a service dog to a veteran currently on the waitlist here in Wisconsin. ❤️
