Ever wonder why your lender hasn’t called you back in the last 7 minutes? 😂

There are usually about 14 things happening at once behind the scenes.

Some days I’m working on a brand-new preapproval, helping a Realtor figure out whether a scenario will work, answering a borrower’s “quick question,” chasing down a document, reviewing numbers, or trying to solve a problem before anyone else even knows there is one.

It can be a little chaotic—but I genuinely love it.

Because somewhere in the middle of all those calls, emails, calculations and paperwork is someone trying to buy a home. And getting them to the closing table is what makes the crazy days worth it.

Some mortgage conversations require more than numbers and paperwork.
