🌿 Sunday Gratitude 🌿

This week, we're reflecting on the power of gratitude, connection, and the people who make the journey worthwhile.

During our recent team-building retreat in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, we were reminded of a lesson from The Energy Bus: "The people on your bus matter." The relationships we build, the energy we bring, and the way we support one another have a lasting impact on where we're headed—both individually and as a team.

We're grateful for time spent learning, growing, laughing, and strengthening the bonds that make TCP more than just a workplace. Moments away from our desks allowed us to reconnect with our purpose, celebrate one another's strengths, and return energized for the road ahead.

At TCP, we know that success isn't just measured by what we accomplish—it's measured by the people we share the journey with.

Today, we're thankful for a team that chooses positivity, supports one another, and continues to live out our mission to Connect. Inspire. Serve.

At TCP Asset Management, we believe in giving back to the communities we call home.

This past weekend, our Client Events Coordinator, Marisa, volunteered at Trinity Lutheran Church’s 25th Annual Car Hop. The event welcomed more than 200 vehicles and brought together car enthusiasts, families, and community members for a day of fun and fellowship.

One of the highlights of the event was the special “Blinged Out Ride” show, where kids were invited to showcase their decorated bikes, trikes, and scooters alongside the classic cars.

Most importantly, the event raised funds to support the church’s youth group mission trip and the 2027 National Youth Gathering.

We’re proud to see our team members making a difference both inside and outside the office.

From planning and coordinating every detail to preparing incredible meals and creating a welcoming atmosphere, Tracie is the driving force behind so many of the memorable experiences we share with our clients and community.

Whether she’s organizing an event, hosting guests, or making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes, Tracie brings passion, creativity, and care to everything she does. Her dedication helps turn gatherings into meaningful connections and reflects what it means to Connect. Inspire. Serve.
