🚩 Here's a giant lender red flag for you:

The lender barely asks anything before “pre-approving” you.
That should make you nervous.

A good lender should be asking questions.

Lots of them.

Income details, assets, employment structure, debt, long and short term goals, timeline, occupancy, potential credit concerns.

Because mortgage guidelines are not a personality quiz.

If someone “approves” you in 6 minutes with zero digging…
that confidence may be wildly misplaced and can come back to bite you later on in the process 😬
