Third Party Collection Agents -

8a-5p Monday- Friday
On-site training with opportunity to work from home after completion
Base hourly pay plus monthly commission

First Party Collection Agents -

8a-5p during training, then 9am-6pm Monday - Friday with one late shift weekly and one Saturday morning per month
On-site training with opportunity to work from home upon completion

Support Services Representative

FMS, Inc is actively recruiting for a Bilingual Client Service Specialist to work 36 hours weekly, during normal business hours. Qualified candidates will have a history of exceptional customer service and ability to navigate fluidly through multiple computer applications while providing a superior customer experience. Qualified candidates will have an opportunity to work remotely from home (quiet work location free from interruption) upon successful completion of training and full cycle on boarding.

-Plans daily sales calls itinerary; makes sales calls on existing and prospective customers, offers explanation of service/product and pricing/ordering information; monitors/updates call lists and manages customer database
-Encourages customers to buy products/services/upgrades; receives, records, and routes customer orders in appropriate manner
-Contact customers when necessary to follow-up on customer satisfaction issues or solicit further sales
-Documemts all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database
-Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services
-Prepares reports and correspondence as needed
-Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Our Seasonal Inbound Call Agents will handle incoming calls from customers to assist with their order(s) for premium holiday gift baskets.

This is a seasonal position that runs from November 30 to December 19.

In this position, your responsibilities are to be friendly and professional, and deliver the highest level of outstanding customer service.

You will take/process orders from inbound customer phone calls. Should have at least a basic understanding in using a computer.

No background check or pre-employment drug screen required for this seasonal project.
