A piece of equipment, a seasonal cash gap, and plans to expand all create very different financial needs.

In this free virtual workshop, we will look at some of the tools farm and food businesses can use to manage those needs, including working lines of credit, planning around cash flow, and weighing financing when the business is ready to grow.

When community needs exceed what one lender can provide, partnerships can create a way forward.

The MAPS Seattle needed financing to purchase a 14,900-square-foot facility for its Seattle location. Together, Business Impact NW and Craft3 partnered to help finance this $4.5 million deal, using an Islamic Financing model.

Now, MAPS has a permanent home in Seattle to support its religious services, youth programs, and community programs.
