I’m not judging… but every time that number goes up, a little piece of me hurts.😅

DTI (debt-to-income-ratio), compares your monthly debt payments to your gross monthly income. Lenders use it to help determine how comfortably you can take on a mortgage and what you may qualify for.

Car payments, student loans, credit card minimums and other monthly debts can all factor into that number...so yes, we’re paying attention to it. 👀
