it was a Thursday afternoon, I received a call asking if I could step in and deliver a homebuyer presentation for a group on Friday evening. Less than 24 hours’ notice.

My answer? Absolutely.

As mortgage professionals, our role goes far beyond interest rates and loan programs. It’s about being available when our clients, referral partners, and communities need us. It’s about showing up, following through, and creating value—even when the request comes at the last minute.

The strongest relationships in our industry are built on trust, reliability, and a willingness to serve. When people know they can count on you, opportunities naturally follow.
