This FHA loan came with a few extra hurdles, including a solar panel transfer and a tricky auto loan payoff situation involving a vehicle the borrower had already traded in. 🚗☀️

Our team jumped into action, working closely with the borrower to escalate the issue through the dealership and get everything cleared just in time for closing! 💪
