For those who are new here, I'm Per Moerkeseth with CMG Home Loans! While helping people achieve their homeownership goals is a big part of my life, there's a lot more to me than mortgages! 🏡

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Family First: I'm a proud girl dad to three amazing daughters, a husband, and a dog dad to our adorable fur baby, Lola!

💜 Giving Back: I've had the privilege of serving on the Mary Bridge Children's Foundation Board for the past three years, supporting a cause that's close to my heart.

⛳ On the Course: When I'm not working, you might find me enjoying a round of golf or serving on the Finance Committee at Fircrest Golf Club.

🤝 Staying Involved: I'm a past president and board member of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association.

🎓 Sharing Knowledge: I also enjoy being a guest presenter at UW Tacoma's Milgard School of Business, helping students learn about mortgages and credit.
