I have construction financing available that is geared for this. Great way to add space for extended family or add income potential to your home without moving. I was recently asked about VA assumptions. Did you know you don’t have to be a veteran to assume a VA loan? This is a great opportunity since there are a ton of VA loans out there with rates in the threes and even the two percent range! If you don’t have enough down payment to make up the difference between the VA loan and the purchase price, you may be able to use secondary financing.
