Deals don’t usually fall apart because of the buyer. It’s usually something on the loan side that wasn’t fully dialed in from the start.
Pre-approvals that weren’t really solid, numbers changing halfway through, or something popping up last minute that throws everything off.
And then you’re the one stuck trying to keep the deal together and manage your client’s expectations.
