At the September Intandem - A Chapter of The Arc New York Advisors Meeting, Mike Pignataro, MA, CSPHA, OneGroup Senior Risk Management Consultant, led a training on ergonomics and body mechanics 💪. The training focused on preventing injuries and strain in the workplace, especially due to lifting, poor posture, and repetitive movements (like typing).
