🚨 Major auto insurance reforms are officially included in New York’s final state budget.

The newly approved package takes aim at fraud, staged accidents, excessive litigation, and rising insurance costs — representing some of the most significant updates to New York’s auto insurance laws in decades.

Big I New York was actively engaged throughout negotiations, advocating for meaningful reforms that support consumers, strengthen the marketplace, and help address affordability challenges facing drivers across the state.
