I’ve been truly blessed to meet some incredible people throughout my life.

When I started in the mortgage industry back in 2012, I honestly wasn’t sure if it was the right path for me. Before that, I worked in Foster Care—recruiting and training foster parents, organizing events for Foster families, and coordinating donations that supported more than 600 foster children every year. Shifting from nonprofit foster care to the for-profit mortgage industry felt like a big leap, and I wondered how I would feel about the change.

In the beginning, I worked with family and friends (they were my guinea pigs 😄). Everything went well, and before long, they began referring their friends and family to me too. That’s how my business started to grow—built on trust and word-of-mouth. Over time, I’ve also built a strong network of Realtors, Insurance Agents, Title Agents, and other professionals I collaborate with daily to guide clients to the closing table and into their new mortgage and beyond.

What I discovered early on is that this work IS rewarding—just in a different way than I first imagined:

*It IS rewarding to help someone buy their very first (or fifth) home and start building equity for the future.

*It IS rewarding to help families tap into their home’s equity to pay off high-interest debt.

*It IS rewarding to help clients renovate their homes and turn them into their dream spaces.

*It IS rewarding to help pay for a child’s (or even their own) college education.

*It IS rewarding to help someone find financial independence after a difficult divorce.

*And yes—it IS rewarding to help clients grow their investment portfolios and secure long-term success.

Looking back, I realize I never left the world of helping people—I just found a new way to do it. And I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to guide families toward financial freedom and brighter futures.

Gratitude is my attitude and I am thankful for my amazing clients and business colleagues. Your trust and partnership drives me to do my best every day. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

🏡 Homeowners — Before You Put a Big Expense on a High Interest Credit Card or personal loan, Let’s Talk!

If you have a low-rate first mortgage — or no mortgage at all — and you need access to cash, there may be a better way to use the equity you’ve already built in your home.

A Fixed-Rate 2nd Lien / HELOC may allow you to access funds for things like:

✨ Home improvements & renovations
💳 Paying off high-interest credit card debt
🎓 College expenses
✈️ A family vacation
🚗 Major purchases or unexpected expenses
💰 Other financial needs

And one of the BIG benefits? Debt can potentially be paid off directly through the loan, rather than adding another high-interest balance to your credit cards.

If you love your current first mortgage and don’t want to refinance it just to access cash, this could be an option worth exploring.
