State Farm Customer Care Site is open ahead of schedule! Appointments are being set by the claims department. When claims reps contact you about your claim, this Site is one of your options to settle your claim. The location is 1831 W Kearney St. Springfield, MO 65803.
The Customer Care Site will be operational from Sunday -Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

You may also choose the virtual estimate, which is working very well for many of our customers.

If you do not have the State Farm App, please download it. It is a great way to follow your claim. You can also upload photos and documents to your claim.

Construction has started and will take at least a day and a half.

Appointments:
Right now, Friday, May, 8th is the expected first day of appointments. Appointments are critical. The facility will be able to handle about 110 claims per day. Please do not go to the site without an appointment. We want you to have the best experience possible.

Scheduling:
When claims calls, you will be presented all options. Virtual, Select Service as available and the Customer Care Site. Pick what is best for you. I believe the fastest experience will be virtual for those who feel comfortable with that. But, you are free to choose what is best for you.

Total Response:
There will be a combination of all local claim reps and an additional 266 reps. Most are already here.
Thank you so much for your patience, things are changing quickly! I know that does nothing for the last few days, but hang in there, help is on the way!!

If you have questions, please call us at 417-861-1489 or your claim rep.
Claims will send a text and then call to help you not miss a call from them. We know unknown numbers are not usually answered, so they will text you first before they call. Hope this helps!

To all State Farm policyholders, we are working hard to help you through today’s storms. We are working right now to secure a location to set up a mobile drive thru. The Catastrophe Team is on the way. They will park a big trailer in a parking lot, yet to be determined, set up tents and staff with adjusters. This will happen soon. You will be able to drive through and get your claim taken care of. In the meantime, feel free to file your claim through our office (417-869-2538) or on the State Farm mobile app. The mobile app is a good choice right now. If you call after hours, there is a prompt that will send you to claims 24/7. Sorry you have to go through this, but we are here to help! We will get you taken care of!!

Merry Christmas!! My team and I are looking forward to having time with our families during the Christmas season. Our office will be closed December 24th and will open up on Friday, December 27. In the event that you need help, you can turn in a claim at 855-259-8568.
