1️⃣ What do the dues cover? Insurance, exterior maintenance, amenities, utilities, trash? 2️⃣ Are any special assessments planned or recent? 3️⃣ How healthy is the reserve fund? Ask for the budget and the reserve study if there is one. 4️⃣ What are the rules on renting? Nightly rentals, minimum stays, registration, and caps can all differ by association. 5️⃣ How have dues changed over the past few years?
