Yesterday was the Better Business Bureau Awards, and we are incredibly proud and humbled to announce that The Laundry Fairy received an Award of Excellence for the 5th consecutive year!
This award means more to us this year than ever before.
As The Laundry Fairy continues to grow beyond our hometown and expand nationwide through our app, we are reminded of just how important trust is.
The Better Business Bureau is an organization that has earned trust and respect across the country—and that is exactly what we hope to become for the families and Laundry Fairies we serve, no matter where they live.
We don't take that responsibility lightly.
What started in 2019 with one washer and one dryer in our garage has grown into something we could have never imagined. And as we step into this next chapter, our goal isn't simply to grow bigger. It's to grow with integrity, serve with excellence, and build a brand that families across America can trust.
