I really appreciate that he answered all our questions and any questions that he didn't have an answer to he would find out more and l and my husband know. He went above and beyond and working with him throughout the process of buying a home which can be stressfu, he made it as stress free as possible by always being available to us and providing a great customer service. Everything went as smoothly as possible, he listened to our needs and provided his suggestions based on his experience and expertise to ensure we got what we needed. We appreciate having him during this process and the overall customer service he provided throughout the entire proces. We are very happy with how everything went and we will be happy to recommend Rafael to anyone looking to buy a home because we know he will take care of them like he did us.
