MEET THE TEAM | LILLIAN LUGO
Three industries, approximately 47 job responsibilities, and a job title that changes depending on who’s asking. 😂
We asked our team to tell us a little about themselves, and Lillian’s bio might be the most accurate description of what happens behind the scenes!
Meet Lillian: The Woman, The Myth, The Entire Operations Department! 👑
Official Title: That’s a great question…because even SHE doesn’t know anymore!
By day, Lillian works in the mortgage, title, and real estate industries. By every other minute of the day, she’s a:
👶 Babysitter – Because apparently grown adults need supervision, too.
🚧 Gatekeeper – If you want access, you better have an appointment!
🔧 Maintenance Department – If it’s broken, somehow it’s her problem.
👩💼 HR Department – Handling personalities, problems, and occasional workplace therapy.
☎️ Receptionist & Executive Assistant – Answering phones, managing chaos, and knowing everyone’s business.
📑 Title Assistant, Translator & Closer – Speaking English, Spanish, and fluent Real Estate Emergency.
✍️ Loan Closer & Notary Public – Sign here, initial there, and PLEASE bring your ID!
🚨 Enforcer – Because asking nicely only works the first three times.
🚗 Parking Attendant – Apparently managing the parking lot is in her job description, too.
💰 Banking, Check Deposits, Accounting & Accounts Receivable – Show her the money… preferably before it’s overdue.
📬 Mailroom Supervisor – If it’s coming or going, Lillian knows about it.
💻 IT Department – Have you tried turning it off and back on?
🎓 Real Estate School Assistant – Helping educate tomorrow’s agents while keeping today’s agents in line.
Her specialties include: Putting out fires she didn’t start, answering questions nobody else knows, finding things that aren’t actually lost, and doing 47 jobs while someone asks, “Are you busy?”
Three industries. Twenty job titles. One Lillian. ZERO dull moments.
Her official job description? “Other duties as assigned.”
Her unofficial job description? “If Lillian doesn’t know, we’re all in trouble!”
And somehow, she still shows up the next day!
And there you have it! The woman behind approximately 47 moving parts, 20 job titles, and probably half the questions asked in the office on any given day. 😂
