1,711 days. That's how long it had been since I last flew an airplane.

Today I got back in the left seat and completed my flight review. A checklist of maneuvers, three takeoffs and landings on my own, and I'm officially current again.

It wasn't quite like getting back on a bike, but the muscle memory showed up faster than I expected.

Here's what flying has always reminded me of in my work at Prosper Home Loans: preparation matters, checklists matter, and the best outcomes come from staying calm and executing the fundamentals. Whether it's a flight plan or a loan file, nobody wants surprises on final approach.

Grateful to be back in the air, and ready to bring that same discipline to every client and referral partner I serve across South Carolina.
