Did you know?

Non-permanent resident aliens are eligible for FHA and Fannie Mae loans with the minimum down payments? A person with a valid social security number and virtually ANY visa type that grants work authorization is eligible under one of these two programs.
You do NOT need to be a US citizen.
You do NOT need a green card.
You do NOT even need a 2 year work history in the United States. The 2 year history can come from working in another country.
You do NOT need to wait to have your taxes filed if you recently started working in the US and are still in the same calendar year as when you started.
If your lender has denied lending to your client due to their immigration status as a non-permanent resident, please reach out to me. I close these all the time.
