I’m not sure who needs to know this but USDA has increased their household income limits!

1-4 member household $103,500 limit
5-8 member household $136,600 limit

Note: Household income is calculated by using all household members income. This is based on gross income (not net).. this includes overtime/bonus.

With the new FHA guidlines:
✏️For outstanding Student Loans, regardless of payment status, the Mortgagee must use:
🍎The payment amount reported on the credit report or the actual documented payment, when the payment amount is ABOVE ZERO.
OR
🍎0.5% of the outstanding loan balance, when the monthly payment reported on the borrower's credit report IS ZERO.

⭐That's right! ⭐Credit score requirement for FHA, USDA, and VA has reduced to 540! If in the past you didn't qualify because your score was under 600 NOW is the time to re-apply to be approved for a home loan.
