The Jeff Warren State Farm Agency team is proud and honored to work and live on the ancestral lands of the Snoqualmie Tribe.
We acknowledge the loss of autonomy, agency, and human rights they endured in the past.
Today, we celebrate the anniversary of the Snoqualmie Tribe’s federal recognition. More than that, we celebrate what the Snoqualmie Tribe does for our community today.
Not only do they protect Tribal sovereignty, culture, lands, and rights, but behind the scenes they contribute so much to our local schools, charities, Snoqualmie Valley community events, and fundraising efforts like Relay for Life.
To live in the Valley of the Moon is a treasure.
The spirits of the past whisper to us in the shadow of Mt. Si, from a time before the Ice Age. From the Treaty of Point Elliott with the United States in 1855, through the generations of Snoqualmie Tribal elders who worked alongside other Tribal Nations, that history continues into the present; building a better tomorrow and an unlimited future for the Tribe; for all of us blessed to call this Valley home.
