VAP is an all-volunteer non-profit organization.
Here's a quick synopsis of how all Donor Dollars are spent:
So far this year VAP has already issued 33 spay/neuter vouchers for local cats & dogs. They pay $95 for each cat surgery and $150 for each dog surgery.
Last year VAP subsidized more than 100 surgeries, preventing countless unwanted puppies and kittens from being abandoned or euthanized.
VAP also sponsors 4 low-cost pet clinics in the Snoqualmie Valley each year, in partnership with Seattle Veterinary Outreach's amazing mobile team. VAP pays $3500 to bring each of these mobile clinics to the Snoqualmie Valley to serve pets & their humans.
