This week, I had the opportunity to join Mark Valadez, CPA & Savanna Offutt, CPA in hosting and sponsoring our Finance & Accounting Connect Roundtable - with Miriam Saint-Arroman helping us pull it all together.

The idea was simple: get financial advisors, CPAs, and tax professionals in the same room and have a real conversation.

We talked about the pain points we’re seeing, the opportunities that can get missed when we work in silos, and—most importantly—how we can collaborate better for the people we serve.

A big thank you to Mark, Savannah, and Miriam for helping turn an idea into a great evening, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to the conversation.

Here’s to more collaboration, more shared ideas, and fewer missed opportunities.

Keeping the house might cost more than the settlement says.

A split that looks even on paper doesn't always feel even a year later. Refinancing at today's rate, closing costs, and years of upkeep can quietly turn "fair" into a financial squeeze.
