Yes, it's true rates have started to trend down over the past few weeks! This is a great read from HousingWire into how rates have affected housing inventory over the past few years, and how rates might continue to have an effect going forward.

We saw the first small decline in inventory last week as a result of falling mortgage rates. Does that mean we're already past peak inventory?
