This closing deserved its own post:

We were able to help this Veteran here in San Antonio utilize his VA loan for the first time. He had a horrible experience with his apartment complex so getting him a house was crucial so he could actually enjoy where he lives everyday.

This approval was very challenging, and there were a few times where he felt like buying a home would never work out for him. But I made this one my mission to do whatever was needed and get extremely creative to make his loan approval work.

He was still in shock at the closing table that he was actually signing documents for his new home and that just warmed my heart! And best part he got a refund at closing so overall this house only cost him an inspection fee! 💕

His closing was very impactful and it’s a constant reminder for me to always put in the extra work, because seeing those smiles at the end is so worth it! 🙌❤️😇🏠🎉

A few closings from last week ✨

I was able to help a first-time homebuyer in Houston purchase this amazing manufactured home. She has been my youngest client so far, and it was such a joy to see how happy she was at closing and being able to help her secure this house for her little babies and family 💕🙌

We also help our San Antonio client close on this beautiful new build using a USDA loan. Her realtor Allison Michelle Koehler killed it on this one yet again. She got amazing incentives with all closing cost covered and a very low rate and she’s walking away with a little equity as well! 💵🎉🏠

I had the pleasure of helping this amazing family finally purchase their first home. This closing will forever be on my heart and I am so thankful I got the opportunity to help them.

This purchase was a few years in the making and hearing their story on all trials they went through and how they never gave up and trusted God to provide for them was so inspiring. Seeing the joy on their faces at closing and hearing how big of a deal it was for them to actually be able to purchase a home really made me take a step back and appreciate this job even more. Also very thankful for Melinda Chavez their realtor who helped negotiate them an amazing deal so they were able to go to closing getting their $2600 earnest money refunded as well!

All together everything lined up for them and I couldn’t be happier that such an amazing family gets to enjoy their new home and start a new exciting chapter in their lives! 💕💕💕

Congratulations to my first-time homebuyer for closing on this amazing home!!

She was Refered to me since her landlord was selling their home so she either needed to find a quick rental or buy. She was very nervous to apply and was told previously that there were no DPA programs to help her. A few weeks later she went under contract for this home. We got Down Payment Assistance and bundled it with our in house Grant. Her realtor also got all closing cost covered so she went to the closing table getting her full earnest money refunded. And best part, her new mortgage payment is less than her rent so this one was a huge win!

I love success stories like this one because it would have been very easy to keep renting due to her quick timeline but now she gets to move into her new HOME and I couldn’t be happier for her!! 💕🎉🏠🍾😇
