A little late posting but so happy for both of these first-time home buyers securing their new homes!

One was a save-a-deal from another lender where we got them ready to close in 6 days. The original lender tacked on a lot of fees at the end so not only did we save them on the rate, but we dramatically lowered their cash to close as well so it was a win win for them! 🙌

My next closing was very exciting because my clients got to experience getting married, buying a home and they get to welcome their daughter in October in their new house as well so timing on this one worked out perfect! 💕

Very happy for both of these families and wish them the absolute best! 😊🎉🏠

Happy closing day to my repeat veteran buyers who just closed on this new beautiful custom built home in La Vernia! Very thankful for Melinda Chavez - Real Estate Agent who spent so much time helping them shop for the perfect home and helping them get their previous house rented.
