Aquí van 3 consejos fáciles para prepararte:

1️⃣ Revisa tus gastos mensuales.
Cuanto ganas vs Cuánto gastas. Así sabrás cuánto puedes pagar cómodamente cada mes.

2️⃣ Recuerda que el pago de la hipoteca también incluye impuestos, seguro de casa. Es importante tenerlo en cuenta.

3️⃣ Empieza a ahorrar desde ya.
Aunque sea poco, guarda dinero para el enganche y los costos de cierre.

No necesitas tener todo resuelto. Solo necesitas un plan que se ajuste a tu vida. Lo demás se va armando paso a paso.

Bragging time.

This month I was able to assist 3 families, 1 single guy and 2 single girls buy homes for a bit over 2mil in funded loans.

Believe me when I say this, GIRL POWER IS A THING! Today I had the pleasure to attend closings of 2 well grounded ladies.

Month after month there is always a single lady buying a home. They are better with money than we guys are.. 😅 I will be the first one to admit that.

Had a mix of everything this month, from FHA,VA, Conventional and Investment foreign income.

On to March we go.
