⚠️ Service Disruption Notice

Our core processing provider, Sharetec, is having a service outage right now, so some credit union services are affected.

Your information is safe. Sharetec has confirmed there has been no data breach and no unauthorized access to member information. This is a problem with service availability. It is not a security incident.

What happened: A cooling system failed at Sharetec's main data center and damaged the systems that run their hosted services. Sharetec and its data center and hardware partners are working around the clock to bring service back while keeping all data protected.

We know this is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while services are safely restored. We'll share updates here as soon as we have them.

🚨 Member Safety Announcement: Protect Yourself from "Jugging"🚨

Have you heard of jugging? Criminals watch people leave banks, credit unions, and ATMs after they withdraw cash. Then the criminals follow them, sometimes for miles, and wait for a chance to grab the money from the person or from their car. 🚗💨

A few simple SAFETY TIPS can make all the difference:

🔒 Keep it out of sight. Put cash and envelopes away before you walk outside.
👀 Look around. Notice anyone watching or sitting in a parked car.
🚫 Don't leave cash in your vehicle, even for a quick stop.
🪞 Check your mirrors. Watch for a car that stays behind you through several turns.
💡 Trust your instincts. If something feels off, it probably is.

Think you're being followed? Don't confront the person and don't drive home. Go to a police station or a busy, well-lit place and call 911. If you can, give the dispatcher the car's make, model, color, and license plate.

We’re asking our San Antonio community to come together to provide students with school supplies to help start the school year ready to succeed! 🎒✨

THROUGH JULY 31, we're supporting CPS Energy and Communities In Schools San Antonio for the annual Stuff the Bus / Stuff the Bucket School Supply Drive!

THE GOAL is to raise $5,000 online and fill donation bins with the essential tools kids need to thrive in the classroom.
