We are continuing to see fraud attempts targeting our members through texts and phone calls claiming suspicious activity on your account.

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
If you receive a message or call like this:

Only respond “YES” or “NO” if prompted
Then hang up immediately
Call us directly using the number on the back of your card or our official website

We will NEVER ask you for:
❌ Personal information
❌ Login credentials
❌ Security codes or one-time passcodes
❌ Remote access to your device
❌ Money transfers to “protect” your account

Scammers often create urgency and fear to pressure quick decisions. Slow down, verify, and contact us directly before taking any action.
