For 28 years, Credit Human and KENS 5 & Kens5.com have honored outstanding teachers across 19 public school districts in the San Antonio area through the EXCEL Award program. In 2025, we expanded the program to New Orleans through our partnership with WWL-TV. We've recognized more than 500 teachers and awarded nearly $700,000.
