Just a girl with 10 acres, big dreams, and absolutely no concept of a realistic project timeline 😂

Every time we finish one project, there is somehow 12 more that could wait, until they all of a sudden can’t. My husband knows those are dangerous words around here. 😅

🎣 Well… we didn’t catch any fish this weekend, but I DID catch an ALL-CASH BUYER. 😂🏡

The funny part? I was out fishing with my friend, who just happens to be the listing agent on this cute property, while we were waiting for the deal to come together.

Fish: 0
Houses under contract: 1 😂👏

Some fun facts that I thought you need to know about Highland Cows, because... why the heck not?

🤘 Both males and females can have horns! Inclusivity folks

🥩 They are not “tiny cows” they’re fluffy coats just make them appear that way. He’s actually quite beefy!

🌾 They are perfect cattle for the greater Placer, Yuba, and Butte counties! They graze well in rough vegetation, that isn't necessarily ideal for other cattle.

📸 They’re ridiculously photogenic. This is not an official characteristic, but it should be (just look at him!)

“You should buy this ranch on 40 acres”, said a realtor from the city.

It’s not easy to know exactly what it MEANS to live in the country, unless - YOU DO! Because rural living isn't just my niche, Its my life!

Because living it and stepping in it are two different things (S**t happens lol) 💩

So here are a few things I (a country realtor) know because, I actually live in the country!

Buying land and living a farm lifestyle comes with a certain ---- Style 😉

Things are not always rolling hills, green gardens, and cute Hunter Boots. They are WORK, dirty work... but of the best kind!🛠️

Being a realtor and a home/land owner means I understand -

✨ owning acreage isn’t just a “want” but a need. Not just for your animals, but for your soul.

🪴 that no matter how good of feed & how much love you show your chickens, those bast*rds will still eat your garden

🥓 that sometimes you’re going to eat bacon, while you feed “ the bacon”, & I’m not judgin’

🐄 and wanting “a” cow, will lead to owning a herd... So I will go ahead and plan for that for you (think good fencing)
