Happy Heavenly Bday to our amazing Mother. You would have been 89 today. It is crazy that you have been gone for almost 11 years now. You were strong willed, loyal, dependable, extremely hard working, kind, wicked smart, compassionate and one of the most giving humans I have ever met. Your laughter, sense of humor and love for others brought so much joy to others. Your love of your family was fierce and you did virtually everything possible to give us a great life . What a gift GOD gave this world with you. I cry often thinking of you and all the funny stories and great times we shared. Thanks for being my mother and the mother to so many. Great life lived!!!!

This policy will have a very negative impact on our already challenging market. We want to punish people that have worked their whole lives to maintain great credit so people that haven't done so can buy a home? How do people like myself, that facilitate home ownership, explain the logic of this policy to consumers? I am a proponent of all.people having the opportunity to achieve the American Dream, however, this isn't a good way to achieve it. Stay tuned as we will figure out a solution.

A new federal rule will make borrowing for a home more expensive for those with high credit scores to subsidize loans to higher-risk borrowers.
