This morning, I found myself at Novel, our usual Coffee Club spot, realizing we’re already in the first week of June. Somehow, the year seems to be moving faster with every passing season.

Life is busy. Calendars are full. Kids are growing up. Careers are evolving. Milestones arrive before we feel ready for them.

If there’s one thing I hope my clients and friends know, it’s this: no matter how fast life feels, I will always do my best to slow down and be present for the people who matter to me.
