Join us at F. Joel Financial Learning Center for a special book talk and signing with Dr. Stavros Ignatiou, visiting all the way from Cyprus!

This event is personal for us — Joel and Stavros have been lifelong friends since their college years, and Joel has supported Stavros's work since 1990. Joel also serves as Honorary Founding Advisor to createdequal.foundation, Stavros's own foundation. It's a true honor to have him back in Richland again — this will be his second visit!

We're so excited to share something close to our hearts. 💙
Our dear friend Stavros is traveling from Cyprus to Richland, WA to share how he's changing lives — reaching refugee families and the forgotten with food, clothing, and hope through Created Equal Foundation.

In the summer of 1974, war came to Cyprus, and 13-year-old Stavros lost everything in a single day. In the chaos, a stranger brought his family food — an act he's never forgotten. "Someone was waiting for us — with food." For more than 35 years, Dr. Stavros Ignatiou has led humanitarian work across Greece and Cyprus, reaching over 80,000 people and delivering more than 800,000 meals. We've walked alongside him in that mission since 1990.

This past December, we helped provide 131 pairs of shoes to children and a Christmas dinner for over 100 people in Athens. The December before, we shipped six large moving boxes of backpacks — enough for every child in the program.
