🥞 Pancakes, laughter & a whole lot of flipping! 🥞

The past couple of days have been BUSY—but oh so much fun! I whipped up 100+ yummy pancakes for our Coldwell Banker HPW meeting, and let’s just say… we definitely put the “flipping” in real estate! 😂🏡🥞
