There was a time I thought I needed to have every answer. What I’ve learned is that not knowing everything isn’t a weakness, it’s often where the edge is. It forces me to ask better questions, stay curious, and lead differently.

I tell my loan officers the same thing. Don’t be intimidated by what you don’t know. Lean into it. That willingness to learn, adapt, and see things from a new angle is what sets you apart in this industry.
