We were nervous about bias and had very specific goals we were trying to achieve with our home buying process that we had already discussed with our lender.
It took a lot of back and forth, triangulated communication, but we walked away with every single box checked, including a lower interest rate than expected. We set the bar VERY high and Brianne came in with her expertise and made it happen. The rest of the team was delightful to work with, Elaine and Michelle. Michelle especially was just above and beyond supportive. You could tell how much your team cares. I think y’all should be very proud of what you built and the service you’ve provided us. It was a bit overwhelming at times because I wanted to be so hands on as a buyer and there was so much back and forth with the builder…I was skeptical we would get to closing day. Ultimately you guys made it happen and we walked away VERY happy. I mean even the things that were low priority asks, Brianne made it a priority for her (we got our blinds!) Instead of having to pick this or that priority, we got this AND that… and that and that and that!!!
I would recommend this NFM branch because they do make the buyer a priority and offer a top tier level of mortgage expertise. Thank you guys so much!
