She thouroghly explained the process as we went. Kim was very available for all sorts of questions and was very timely with getting in all the paperwork in on time. She uses an online system that made getting mountains of paperwork easy to sign and submit. When we had hiccups getting the closing paperwork done due to a medical emergency in our family, she took it in stride with compassion. She helped us get the closing paperwork completed and we got our house on time. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Kim and her excellent team!
