🏡 From “not quite yet” to HOMEOWNERS in just 7 days! 🔑🎉

When we first met back in March, these buyers weren’t quite ready to qualify for a mortgage. But they didn’t give up. They stayed motivated, put in the hard work, and took the steps necessary to get where they wanted to be.

In September, they reached back out, ready to take another shot at homeownership. Fast forward to today, and they’re officially homeowners! 🏡

Their loan went from start to finish in just 7 days, but the hard work that made this moment possible started months ago. That’s what makes this closing so special. Their determination paid off, and I couldn’t be happier for them!
