But ready looks different for everyone. Renting can make sense for certain seasons of life, but for many first‑time buyers, homeownership can better support long‑term goals. 🏡

Buying may offer more stability, the chance to build ownership, and a clearer plan for the future. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. Most buyers begin by understanding their options and what steps could make sense next.
