One of the things I love most about what I do is helping investors find opportunities they didn’t even know were possible.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business, and today, I get to combine that background with my experience in mortgage lending to help investors from around the world purchase real estate in the United States.
And here’s something many people don’t know…

Through our Foreign National DSCR loan programs, we can help eligible international investors purchase investment properties using financing options that focus on the property’s rental income rather than traditional U.S. employment income.
