Congratulations Jeremy! Way to go my friend! It doesn't happen often, but sometimes, SOMETIMES - good people get homes for no money out of pocket at all. $ZERO. In fact, Jeremy got some money back at his closing today. Given that his new home is a 2-unit, with 1 unit's rent offsetting part of his mortgage payment - I'd say Jeremy is crushing everything.
