With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Deven began originating loans in 1999 and worked for two mort

gage companies before opening his own brokerage firm, Derby City Financial (DCF), in 2001. He owned and operated DCF for ten years, along with a title company for nine of those years, and grew the business to three branches. In 2011, Deven chose to focus more on personal loan production and building strong relationships with Realtors and referral partners. Over the years, he has aligned himself with respected national lenders, including Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, before taking on his current leadership role with Highland Mortgage.
