Core Bank will not knowingly accept comments from individuals under the age of 13. Core Bank will adhere to the guidelines of Children’s On-Line Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Comments on Core Bank’s social networking sites are limited to plain text comments. Any comments in HTML or other formats will not be accepted. The social network
ing site will be monitored and postings will be reviewed. Core Bank is interested in productive comments and will not allow posted comments that fall into anyone of the following criteria:
1. Comments focused on selling a product or service or comments posted for personal, political or monetary gain.
2. Offensive language.
4. Private or confidential information.
5. Illegal information and/or copyright infringement.
6. You will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or which otherwise breaches any law.
7. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations constitute inappropriate use of the forum.
8. Core Bank reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we have) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any of your posts. By contributing to this forum, you consent to your post being altered, edited, or adapted in any way we see fit.
9. We have the ability to remove objectionable posts and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, allowing for the manual nature of the removal process. We reserve the right to remove any post without providing a reason.
10. Any user that has an objection to a post is encouraged to contact the Facebook moderator, at [email protected]. Please contact the moderator directly and not through Facebook itself.
11. Given that posts appear in real-time, it is impossible for Core Bank to review a post before it becomes publicly readable. Core Bank cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any post. Core Bank does actively monitor posts, but is not responsible for the content of posts. A post expresses the views of its author and does not represent the views of Core Bank.
