My job isn’t just to get you pre-approved and wait for you to find a house.

It’s to be a resource throughout the entire process, answer the questions you didn’t know you needed to ask, and help you make decisions with the full picture in front of you!

Like why spending every dollar you have on a down payment might not be the best move. Why the appraisal isn’t a “did I get a good deal?” test. Why I want you to send me the house you’re considering so we can look at the real numbers. And yes, why that new couch needs to stay in your cart just a little longer 😂 sorry about it!

So when in doubt, ask me. I’d much rather answer the question (maybe over-explain a little bit) now than try to fix a surprise later 🏡

Our job isn’t just to get you to the closing table. It’s to make sure you actually understand how you’re getting there and what comes after!

There are no “dumb” mortgage questions around here. We’d much rather explain it, then explain it again, and even one more time rather than have you walk away thinking, “I'm so confused."

No, don’t buy the car.
No, don’t trust the Zillow estimate.
No, don’t fall in love with the house that’s $100k over budget.
And yes, we really do need to run the numbers first.

I promise I’m not trying to ruin the fun. My job is to help you make moves that actually make sense for your budget AND keep your loan on track.

Here's what I'm actually checking when I'm reviewing your application:

Bank statements → I want to see consistency
Credit score → just one piece. Limits and payment history matter too
Income → bonuses, overtime, self-employment all get calculated differently
Monthly debts → even small payments affect what you qualify for
