Timing is everything! I met this client in the Fall of 2020. She looked at some homes and even made a couple offers. The market during Covid was not very buyer friendly. And she was looking for something that would continue to work for her after her retirement from teaching. A couple times a year we would talk and update her approval but the market was tough and the timing wasn’t right for her. Fast forward to July 2026 and BOOM!
